Expertise: economics; welfare programs; applied microeconomics; applied statistics; policy analysis.
Dr. Price is an assistant
professor in the Department of Social Sciences and Public Administration. He
has taught broadly across the economics discipline with courses on principles
of economics; business/economics statistics; intermediate microeconomics; money
and banking; managerial economics; public economics; and economics of crime.
Dr. Price holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of North Carolina at
Greensboro, where he focused on topics related to health and public economics.
His research focuses on substance use and welfare programs.
